At EyeTech, we offer unlimited, lifetime support for every device user, their family members, and supporting clinicians. We are committed to ensuring that our speech devices and software adapt and stay in sync as the user needs change over time. Supporting the best minds means tailoring tools to meet our clients’ needs. 

Our Success Coaches are available to help show you how to make the best use of the software and personalize it to your specific needs. In addition to customization, our Success Coaches can also help with any technical questions you may have. We’re here to help, every step of the way!

For your convenience, the Success Coach team can be contacted in four ways:

Use the Success Coach scheduler at the bottom of this page to book a 1:1 session on the calendars of one of the Success Coach team members. They will be able to remote into your device during the session to provide live support.

Use the chat at the bottom of this page to get quick questions answered by the Success Coaches without having to book a dedicated session.

In The Field

Our field service technicians are located across the country to help with all of your set up needs. When you receive your new EyeOn speech generating device, EyeTech will set up an appointment for a field service technician to meet at your home to set up the wheelchair mount or floor mount and attach the device to the mount. After the field service technician has completed the physical set up of the mount and device, an EyeTech Success Coach will connect with you virtually to help you get started with the speech generating software and eye gaze.
