Ordering an AAC device is only the beginning. What happens in the days and weeks after delivery often determines how confident a family feels using it โ which is why EyeTech treats onboarding as its own dedicated process, not an afterthought.

Day One: What Arrives and What’s Next
Every EyeOn Air ships with a setup guide and a scheduled welcome call from our onboarding team, so families are not left to figure out calibration and mounting entirely on their own.
Meeting Your Onboarding Specialist
New customers are paired with a dedicated onboarding specialist who walks through initial calibration, vocabulary setup, and mounting, answering questions in real time rather than through a static manual alone.
Vocabulary Setup Support
Our onboarding team works alongside your SLP, if you have one, to build an initial vocabulary layout suited to your current communication stage, with room to grow as skills develop.
Ongoing Check-Ins
Support does not end after the first week. Follow-up check-ins are scheduled at key milestones to troubleshoot emerging issues and adjust vocabulary as needs change.
Closing
A device is only as good as the support behind it. If you are considering EyeOn Air, know that our team stays involved well past the delivery date โ support for the device and the user is available for the life of the device.
